What you can expect
- Evaluation and analysis of performance data across all relevant social media channels
- Utilization of analytics tools (Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, etc.)
- Deriving and presenting relevant insights and recommendations
- Optimization/automation of data processing and workflows
- Visual data preparation and dashboarding
- Support for interdisciplinary project teams

What you bring to the table
- Expertise in social media analytics, with additional knowledge in social media strategy and advertising
- A knack for numbers
- Proficiency with current relevant social media platforms
- Ability to build and maintain trusting client relationships
- Confident use of MS Office and an irrepressible passion for Excel
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
