What you can expect

  • Evaluation and analysis of performance data across all relevant social media channels
  • Utilization of analytics tools (Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Deriving and presenting relevant insights and recommendations
  • Optimization/automation of data processing and workflows
  • Visual data preparation and dashboarding
  • Support for interdisciplinary project teams

What you bring to the table

  • Expertise in social media analytics, with additional knowledge in social media strategy and advertising
  • A knack for numbers
  • Proficiency with current relevant social media platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain trusting client relationships
  • Confident use of MS Office and an irrepressible passion for Excel
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
