What you can expect
- Evaluation and analysis of performance data across all relevant social media channels
- Data-based customer consulting by deriving insights and recommendations
- Development of social media strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Leading a small team of analysts
- Optimisation and automation of data processing and processes
- Visual data preparation and creation of dashboards

What you bring to the table
- Several years of professional experience in marketing analytics and/or related areas (social media, marketing strategy, paid media, automation, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of social media analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data visualisation and interpretation
- Creativity and innovative spirit, along with the ability to think strategically and solution-oriented
- Ability to build trust with clients
- Strong teamwork skills and some initial leadership experience
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Interest in the automotive industry
