What you can expect

  • Evaluation and analysis of performance data across all relevant social media channels
  • Utilization of analytical tools (Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Deriving and presenting relevant insights and recommendations
  • Optimization/automation of data processing and workflows
  • Visual data presentation & dashboarding
  • Support for interdisciplinary project teams

What you bring to the table

  • Expertise in social media analytics, additional knowledge in social media strategy and advertising
  • A knack for numbers
  • Competence in handling currently relevant social media networks
  • Ability to build trustworthy client relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office and a strong passion for Excel
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Interest in the automotive industry is advantageous
