Money isn't everything, but you won't get far without it – which is where the finance team comes in. We manage TLGG's money and make sure we get paid. We collect cash, count it, stack it and keep track of it. But that's not all – we also advise company management, help account managers with project controlling and support business unit managers with their budget plans.  
  
We pay on time, expect to be paid promptly and give the tax authorities their dues. We look after the processes, the relationships, monthly data maintenance, accounts receivable and payable, and finally, strategic and operative controlling. In other words, we work in the background to make sure everything runs smoothly. 
  
And despite being money buffs, we also know it's not everyone's strong suit and that sometimes you have to give some leeway. After all, as Oscar Wilde said: "Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination."
