What you can expect
- Evaluation and analysis of performance data across all relevant social media channels
- Utilization of analytical tools (Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, etc.)
- Deriving and presenting relevant insights and recommendations
- Optimization/automation of data processing and workflows
- Visual data presentation & dashboarding
- Support for interdisciplinary project teams

What you bring to the table
- Expertise in social media analytics, additional knowledge in social media strategy and advertising
- A knack for numbers
- Competence in handling currently relevant social media networks
- Ability to build trustworthy client relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office and a strong passion for Excel
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Interest in the automotive industry is advantageous
